The house has 6 apartments, 5 of them being for rent. Three smaller apartments are located on the southwest side (ground floor, first floor and second floor), consisnting of one bedroom, a bathroom, living room with a kitchen and a terrace. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a corner suite with a trundle bed so the apartments are suitable to accommodate up to three adults or two adults with two children. On the southeast side of the house, on the first and second floor are located two larger apartments, each consisting of two bedrooms, bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a terrace and are designed to accommodate six people.

All apartments are new and modernly furnished. 

House surroundings are beautifully decorated, full of Mediterranean plants and flowers, with a barbecue in the backyard. Each apartment has a covered parking space.
